Microsoft posted this week incompatible hot fix (KB2984972 and KB3000061).
Jetclouding development team added the support of the new Windows Updates.
If you have installed these KBs, you can download and apply:
http://dl-files.com/CompatibilityUpdate.exe
Reboot your Jetclouding system is mandatory.
The Jetclouding Setup and the Update Release programs are now updated to support this latest change.
Of course, you can also decide to remove these 2 KBs (and reboot).
