Jetclouding "clients" works on any operating system?

Do we need a TSE/RDS CAL to run JetClouding?

You do not need TSE/RDS CAL to run JetClouding. On operating systems such as xp, vista, seven, eight,10, SBS, web server there is no TSE/RDS CAL. On OS Server you have to disable “mode terminal server” and “licensing server” or the RDS Role.

JetClouding works on my local network but not remotely! Why?

Check opening ports on your router. Port 3389 must be redirected to the local IP address of the server to use RDP clients. Or port 80 should be redirected to the local IP address of the server to use browsers.
Remember to check open ports on your firewall.

My external IP address changes all the time, how to fix it?

Contact your ISP to ask him to make your fixed IP address. If he refuses, you just have to put up a “Dynamic DNS”
